I liked how seriously you were taking distancing clients and generally keeping things clean/sanitized if they needed to be touched by multiple people. I felt like you had really thought out from start to finish how a client would enter, go to their service, and then exit, and evaluated all of the places you could eliminate them going/touching things and all of the spots you needed to sanitize between each person. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars, for Ageless in the Triad Med Spa is deserving! I cannot possibly list all the positives in this comprehensive spa, but I will do my best. Upon entering, the waiting room in and of itself is a wonderful experience. Clean and calming. I have always been greeted warmly by reception and asked if I needed a drink, the restroom, etc. The waiting room does have small indulgences for you to browse such as hand lotions, candles, lip balms—everything you need to continue your spa experience at home. I have gone for Botox exclusively and Dr. B is so warm and professional. It can be a little stressful getting the injections, but Dr B is quick to soothe and calm any jitters. I can say the procedure with her is nearly painless and I am always treated to a complimentary ice pack if needed. They also offer many other services such as massages, facials, laser treatments, and the list goes on. Be sure to check their website/Facebook page for a comprehensive list of services. I LOVE Ageless in the Triad Med Spa. L. O. V. E. Them. They have worked with me to completely transform my skin in ways I never thought possible. I love Ageless in the Triad Med Spa. I’ve never had any cosmetic procedures in my life before but I’m now over 30 (gasp!). I picked up the phone and called them for something I wasn’t sure about, and immediately the receptionist put my mind at ease, and I booked my treatment knowing it was exactly what I was asking for! At my treatment, Julia was professional and so kind! As I left that appointment, I booked my consultation for laser hair removal right away because I was so impressed with this business. At that consultation for laser, again I was really excited to be greeted by the receptionist so nicely. And then my consultation was with an actual nurse practitioner. She was very knowledgeable and sweet, very honest about the process and how my results and experience during laser would be! I booked a 6-pack of treatments, and I’m now 2 treatments in that process (they are staggered 6 weeks apart). Already I am thrilled with the results of my first treatment, and I’m very excited to see the result of my second that I just came from, as well as my continued results I’ll get from my appointments to come that I have prepaid! They offered a deal on the 6-pack, so it was much more affordable (I love that they have this option). They also gave me a whole printed document with their prices on all of their other treatments and I’m loving that transparency, and the opportunity to bundle things (like the 6-pack I purchased for laser). I am very satisfied and looking forward to purchasing Botox and any other needs I have on my journey to literally remain ageless with them. Thank you, guys!
