Appointment, Cancellation, & Deposit Policy

At Ageless in the Triad, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • With 24 hours or more notice, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit and will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Short-Notice Cancellations

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time is considered a short-notice cancellation.

  • The first occurrence will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Upon a second short-notice cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and prepayment will be required to book any future appointments.

Late Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! If your arrival time is 10 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment, this may result in a shortened appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Policy

There will be a charge of 50% of scheduled services. If you have a package series; one service from this series will be deducted. If you have a gift card, the amount will be deducted from the gift card.
